Druga glavna spavaća soba ima Miele perilicu/sušilicu i veliku kupaonicu s prevelikim kadom i tušem. Otvorena knjižnica na ovom katu mogla bi se koristiti kao spavaća soba ili zatvoriti za treću privatnu spavaću sobu.

Ova iznimna rezidencija ima Sonos surround zvuk i centralno grijanje s 5 zona, kao i prekrasne drvene podove kroz cijeli prostor. This dramatic contemporary design atelier at the Hotel des Artistes has it all. The second primary has a Miele washer/dryer and a large bathroom with both an oversized tub and a shower. An open library on this floor could be used as a bedroom loft or enclosed for a 3rd private bedroom.

This exceptional residence has Sonos surround sound and 5-zoned central air conditioning as well as beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Once the home/studio of the artist Howard Chandler Christy, who painted the murals of dancing nymphs for the des Artistes restaurant, Residence 707 has been meticulously renovated and maintained by the current owners, making it a lovely home for comfortable living and elegant entertaining.
