Very convenient to the B-C Subway and cross town buss on 96th street. You are also surrounded by great restaurants and shopping along with Trader Joe's and Whole Foods just blocks away.
There is a $20 credit check fee per applicant. Tenants are responsible for all utilities with the exception of water( heat, electricity and gas)
Lost key fees are as follows: The building entrance security key fee is $50 per key. Mailbox key is $35. New mailbox lock and key $100.
