Najmodavac razumije da je Stan dio stambene zgrade u kondominijumu i da će ovaj Najam biti podložan i podrediti se: (i) Deklaraciji kondominijuma; (ii) Pravilima i propisima kondominijuma (koji se ponekad nazivaju Kućna pravila); i (iii) Statutu kondominijuma. (Deklaracija, Pravila i propisi i Statut kondominijuma te sve izmjene istih, uključujući bilo koje izmjene nakon datuma ovog dokumenta, kolektivno se nazivaju "Dokumenti kondominijuma".) U slučaju bilo kakve nesuglasice između odredbi ovog Najma i Dokumenata kondominijuma, odredbe Dokumenata kondominijuma imat će prednost i biti obvezujuće. Najmodavac i Dozvoljeni stanari Stana dužni su vjerno poštovati i pridržavati se Dokumenata kondominijuma, osim odredbi Dokumenata kondominijuma koje je potrebno izvršiti od strane Vlasnika (koje uključuju plaćanje zajedničkih troškova za Stan u kondominiju). Najmodavac i Dozvoljeni stanari Stana ne smiju poduzimati nijednu radnju koja bi, kada bi je izvršio Vlasnik, predstavljala kršenje Dokumenata kondominijuma. Kršenje Dokumenata kondominijuma od strane Najmodavca ili Dozvoljenih stanara uključivat će povredu ovog Najma, protiv koje Vlasnik može potraživati prema Najmodavcu sve pravne i/ili ekvitalne pravne lijekove, uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na, pravo na zabranu i bilo koja druga prava.
Tenant understands that the Apartment is part of a condominium apartment building and that this Lease shall be subject and subordinate to: (i) the Declaration of Condominium; (ii) the Rules and Regulations of the Condominium (which are sometimes called House Rules); and (iii) the By-Laws of the Condominium. (The Declaration, the Rules and Regulations and the By-Laws of the Condominium and all amendments thereto, including any amendments subsequent to the date hereof, are collectively called the “Condominium Documents”.)In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Lease and the Condominium Documents, the provisions of the Condominium Documents shall govern and be binding. Tenant and the Permitted Occupants of the Apartment shall faithfully observe and comply with the Condominium Documents, other than the provisions of the Condominium Documents required to be performed by Owner (which include the payment of common charges for the Apartment to the Condominium). Tenant and the Permitted Occupants of the Apartment shall not undertake any action which, if performed by Owner, would constitute a violation of the Condominium Documents. A violation of the Condominium Documents by Tenant or the Permitted Occupants shall be a default under this Lease, for which Owner may pursue against Tenant any and all remedies available at law and/or in equity, including but not limited to, the right of injunction and any other rights
